OMG I just realised what I neglected to blog about. The tv is on now and the WICKED ad came on which triggered my memory of the thursday that just passed. ANYWAY~ I saw that Leigh had posted on tiff's wall about theatre sports and how people from WICKED were come to sing a couple songs and answers questions! ( It was on newsfeed btw, I'm not that much of a stalker). Anyway! After MICR2022 lecture, Alex ( who was awfully excited!), kev and I rushed over to Manning to get a good spot. For one second we thought that the people weren't coming~! Anyway, Gemma ( who plays Elphaba) and some other dude who covers for Millsy ( Fiero) came to sing " The wizard and I" and " As long as you're mine"! Her voice was uncanny, sosososo good! Anyway it lasted around 20-30 minutes, but it really made that long day bearable! Anyway that's my fan girl rant about wicked! For those who haven't had a chance to see it, I suggest you go as its leaving in September! I really want a chance to see it again =(, but seeing them on Thursday was better than nothing haha~

- Anyway back to the point of the blog-

Today was Pri's birthday!Happy Brithday Pri-dog~! Yay another year older, another year wiser? =P I awoke this morning to Vietnamese music blaring and the sounds of furniture moving, clothes being rushed from cupboards and my mum cleaning stuff. The wardrobes came this morning for my brothers and sister. Yay! They look pretty! Anyway I had my brekkie, found out I was pretty useless since I can't carry wardrobes and then proceeded to get ready for Alex to come pick me up. I had just put in my contacts and she came by. She was greeted by my family who were moving things here and there. We headed to Kev's place to drop off the cake and oreo truffles ( Yum!) and shortly after Pri came! We chilled for a while, gave Pri her gift ( Sportsgirl and Itunes cards) and they got a tour of his place. We then headed towards the restaurant "My Canh", where I had my 18th birthday. We ordered the banquet for 4, on my suggestion and the food was promptly brought out at convenient intervals! We had Spring rolls, Goi Cuon ( rice paper rolls), Sup Bap ( Sweet corn soup), Com Chien ( Fried rice), Heo xao sa ot ( Lemongrass and chilli pork), Muc ( Squid) and Curry beef ~ ( wish i knew how to write the viet). It was seriously WAY too much food. I was filling up after the soup!! The food was yummy! I hope they enjoyed the meal too! We headed back to kevs after for the traditional cutting of cake and singing of song, oh and more oreo truffles too! The grape sparkling tasted nice too! Today was a great day, I hope Pri really enjoyed it!
